Adventure elopement?
Adventure elopement?
An adventure elopement combines the intimacy of a traditional elopement with an adventurous twist, like hiking, exploring remote landscapes, or incorporating outdoor activities. Itโs about creating a meaningful experience in nature that reflects your love story.
Letโs ditch the wedding world!
FUN
fact:
The concept of an elopement wedding does not exist in the Spanish language, therefore there is no word for it.
THIS IS WHY YOU NEED A CHILEAN/AMERICAN PHOTOGRAPHER
An elopement photographer mixes planning, guidance, local culture, and wedding photography.
Any photographer can photograph your love ritual, but not everyone is knowledgeable enough to help you navigate a celebration in a place youโve most likely never set foot in.
In Chile, weddings are strictly social events, so having a wedding without a party or someone by your side does not make sense.
Additionally, thereโs no word for โelopingโ which makes it even harder for Chileans to comprehend what you are attempting to do, and to navigate these cultural differences you need someone knowledgeable in both cultures.

Land Acknowledgement:
Chile, with its awe-inspiring landscapes and diverse natural beauty, is also the ancestral land of many Indigenous communities who have cared for it for centuries.
Aymara, Quechua, Likan Antai, Mapuche, Pehuenche, Huilliche, Picunche, Chono, Kawรฉsqar, Yagรกn, Selkโnam,
and Rapa Nui people.
Many of these communities, rich in history, culture, and traditions, were driven to extinction due to colonization and violence; while others continue their fight for acknowledgment, respect, and justice to this day.
As we experience the beauty of these sacred lands, let us also remember the stories of its original stewards, uplifting their voices, honoring their resilience, and supporting their demands for recognition and reparations.
As visitors to this remarkable country, let us tread lightly, respect the sacredness of these places, and remember the enduring presence of these Indigenous nations whose resilience and contributions are an essential part of Chileโs identity today.
